SUBMITTING AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Before you make your purchase, you need to know your correct address.  Then you need to make sure that your correct address is in the shipping field of the information you submit to our website.  Then when you make your payment, you need to make sure that your correct address is selected as your default shipping address for paypal as well.  Orders shipped via first class or priority mail will be shipped to the address you submit on our website, and express mail is shipped to confirmed paypal addresses.

If you submit an incorrect address, we are happy to reship the order to you.  However you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship your order.  If you cancel an order that was shipped to the incorrect address submitted by you on either paypal or our website, you will be refunded for your order MINUS any shipping charges we have incurred trying to get your order to you PLUS a 25% restocking fee.




WAIVING SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT ON EXPRESS ORDERS:

We DO honor customer requests to waive signature requirement on express shipments.  However, if the signature requirement is waived, the USPS will not honor the insurance that we purchase on each of these packages.  Therefore, if anything should happen to your package during transit, the loss will be YOURS to absorb.  We will NOT refund payments on orders lost or damaged during shipment when the signature requirement has been waived.  We strongly suggest that you do NOT waive the signature requirement on express orders.  We realize that there is an inconvenience involved, but that is a lot of money to lose if the postal service drops the ball on your order.


RETURNS:


We are happy to accept returns whenever we have made a mistake.  If it is our mistake, we will reimburse you for return shipping (via USPS first class mail) after we have received the coupons back.  You must notify us immeidately upon receipt of your order of any issues, and the return must be postmarked the next business day after you received your order.  No refunds will be issued until coupons have been returned.


No returns are accepted unless we have made a mistake on your order.  All sales are final.

DUPLICATE PAYMENTS:

If you have a gliche when you attempt to pay for your order, you need to check your paypal to see if your payment went through.  Several months ago,  Paypal announced that it was no longer refunding transaction fees on refunded payments.  If you do make a duplicate payment, we will be passing those paypal fees on to you.  You will receive a refund for the duplicate payment MINUS Paypal's now non-refundable .36 transaction fee. 


HANDLING & DELIVERY TIME:

We do our best to ship all orders out within 1 postal business day.  Larger orders sometimes take a bit longer to process, which is why we offer free shipping upgrades to priority on orders over $35 and to express mail on orders over $100.  This way our additional handling time will not delay the arrival of your order. 

We do not accept liability for the behavior of the USPS.  They are a government agency, and they work on their own time.  Any problems you have with delayed delivery of your order need to be addressed with your local postmaster. Please order far enough in advance to allow for any issues that may arise during postal handling and delivery.


LATE ORDERS:
If your order is shipped late, you will receive a complimentary priority upgrade to your shipping to ensure that there is no delay in your receiving your order, even if there was a delay in shipping it.


FREE SHIPPING UPGRADES ON MULTIPLE ORDERS:

The free shipping upgrades we offer are as a courtesy to our customers, and are at our own expense.  Therefore, free shipping upgrades apply only to orders that individually meet our minimum purchase amounts.  Orders paid for separately that combined meet the minimum order do not qualify for free shipping upgrades.  At least one of your multiple orders must meet the minimum order amount on its own to qualify that shipment for a free shipping upgrade.

PRICES & SALE ITEMS:

The price you agree to is the price you pay.

Prices fluxuate with the market, since we offer a low price guarantee.  If you find a lower price on an identical set of coupons somewhere else, just email us the url BEFORE you make your purchase, and we will be happy to match it.  This offer is not retroactive.  The price you agree to is the price you pay.  Do not email us asking for a refund for a sale price that has gone up AFTER you have made your purchase.

UNPAID ORDERS:

All orders must be paid within 3 HOURS of the time you placed the order.  All unpaid orders will be cancelled and the items will be returned to store inventory and made available to other clients.  Once an order is cancelled, payment for that order will not be accepted.  The order will have to be replaced within the limitations of the stock levels at the time of the new order being placed.  In other words, instead of allowing unpaid orders to inconvenience our other customers, that unpaid order will inconvenience the person who placed it instead.  So be sure to check your paypal to ensure that your payment went thru upon completion of each order.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED:

All instances of reports of non-receipt are turned over to the Federal Authorities for investigation on charges of mail theft.  The Law Enforcement Division of the Postal Inspector's Office can investigate to find out why you did not get your mail, and take appropriate action when they find out what happened to that mail.  That form requires a phone number for the intended recipient,  so we require a valid phone number on all accounts.  We reserve the right to cancel all accounts and orders that do not have a valid phone number on file.

We prosecute ALL instances of mail fraud and theft.
