Are you having trouble with paypal timing out?
Please clear your cache both on your computer and on your browser, as corrupted cookies are the number one issue that causes this problem.
To clear the cache on your computer, click on START, then on CONTROL PANEL.
Then click on INTERNET OPTIONS.
Click on the GENERAL tab, and then there will be an option to DELETE.
Click on that, then select the boxes for PRESERVE FAVORITE WEBSITES, TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES, HISTORY, and COOKIES only. Leave the other boxes unchecked. Then click on DELETE.
To clear the cache on your firefox browser, at the top of your browser click on TOOLS, then click on CLEAR RECENT HISTORY. This will bring up a box. At the top there will be a dropdown menu for TIME RANGE TO CLEAR. Select EVERYTHING. Then check the boxes for BROWSING & DOWNLOAD HISTORY, COOKIES, & CACHE only. Leave the other boxes unchecked. Then click on CLEAR NOW.
To clear the cache on your internet explorer browser, at the top of your browser click on TOOLS, then click on DELETE BROWSING HISTORY. Click on that, then select the boxes for PRESERVE FAVORITE WEBSITES, TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES, HISTORY, and COOKIES only. Then click DELETE.
To clear the cache on your google chrome browser, at the top right of your browser, click on the wrench. Then click on OPTIONS. Click on the tab UNDER THE HOOD. Then click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA. Check the boxes for CLEAR BROWSING HISTORY, CLEAR DOWNLOAD HISTORY, EMPTY THE CACHE, & DELETE COOKIES AND OTHER SITE DATA. Then from the dropdown menu for "clear data from this period" choose EVERYTHING. Then click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA.
When you are finished clearing your cache, restart your computer / browser.
